01 — Analysis and feasibility
We study the property, the regulations and its conditions to understand the real possibilities of the renovation and define the necessary procedures.
02 — Preliminary Draft
We define the distribution, spatiality, light, materiality and character of the project through plans and 3D visualizations.
03 — Project and processing
We develop the necessary technical documentation and manage the corresponding license or notification with the City Council.
04 — Executive Project
We define construction solutions, installations, finishes, custom furniture and measurements to execute and budget the work.
05 — Project management or turnkey
We support the execution through project management or we take on a turnkey service , also coordinating industrial, purchasing and construction.
