How we develop each project
01 —Feasibility and context
We studied the plot, the regulations and its conditions to understand the real possibilities of the project.
02 — Preliminary Draft
We define volumetry, distribution, spatiality, materiality and architectural character through plans and 3D visualizations.
03 — Basic Project
We developed the necessary documentation to process the project and apply for the corresponding license.
04 — BIM Executive Project
We resolve in detail the construction, structure, installations and measurements necessary to execute and budget the work, coordinating the project using BIM methodology.
05 — Construction Management
We accompany the construction to ensure the quality of execution and the consistency between project and work.
