Change of Use
We develop change-of-use projects, particularly the conversion of commercial premises into residential spaces, starting with an urban planning and technical feasibility study to assess the real potential of the property before beginning the design process.
Once feasibility has been confirmed, we can support the entire process, from design, technical documentation, planning and permit applications, and construction supervision, or provide a turnkey service, coordinating the full execution of the renovation through to completion and the legalisation of the new home.

How we develop each renovation
01 — Feasibility study
We analyze the regulations, the condition of the property and the habitability requirements to confirm the real possibilities of the change of use.
02 — Preliminary Draft
We define the layout, functionality, lighting and character of the new home using plans and 3D visualizations.
03 — Project and processing
We develop the necessary technical documentation and manage the license and change of use with the City Council.
04 — Executive Project
We define construction solutions, installations, finishes and measurements necessary to execute and budget the renovation.
05 — Construction management and legalization
We accompany the execution until its completion and manage the necessary documentation to complete the legalization of the new home.
